Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days.

A shipping time of between 7 and 9 days is to be expected for the products. We would like to point out that these times may vary depending on the country of destination and we count on your indulgence in the event of slight delays.

We offer tracking shipping. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to track your package and thus be aware of its location. Please note that it takes 3 to 5 days for the information to be updated in the system.

Our products are stocked directly from our manufacturer in Asia. We have made the decision to outsource our shipping service in order to gain efficiency and allow our customers across the globe to receive their products at advantageous conditions.

The products will be shipped to the address entered when ordering. You are required to provide us with correct data and it is your responsibility to verify them. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for shipments made to incorrect addresses.

It is possible that some shipments remain blocked in transit wherever they come back to us (for example: non-payment of fees, taxes or customs fees, incorrect address, unclaimed package at the post office, etc.). The customer will have to contact the email address info@qc-emperium.com in order to plan the return of the merchandise and will be required to bear the shipping costs.

When you check out, you will be informed of the amount of shipping costs. They may vary depending on various parameters:

• Destination country

• Choosing the shipping method

• Package size and weight

In addition to shipping costs, you may be required to pay certain fees upon receipt of the product such as VAT, customs fees, etc. These various fees are entirely your responsibility and depend on the country in which you reside.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and offer them a commercial gesture in the form of a discount (see below) on their next order based on the costs incurred. In order to receive this discount, our customers must:

b) mention the order number;
c) provide us with all evidence justifying the payment of these costs.

We reserve the right to withdraw this discount if the documents submitted are not adequate.

Disclaimer

The ownership of the goods is transferred to the customer at the moment the products are shipped and leave our warehouses. We are not responsible for any problems that may occur during transit. We invite you to inform us of any problems related to transit, and we will do our best to offer you an interesting alternative.
