Satisfaction and exchange policy

Our return policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since the delivery of the goods (the date of receipt of the package announced by the carrier is authoritative), we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in excellent condition. It must also be returned to us in its original packaging.

Items returned by our customers are not resold due to their very personal nature and for obvious hygiene reasons. They will be used for promotional purposes or donated to associations.

To make a return, you must, within 60 days of delivery of the goods:

(a) provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase;
b) inform us of your desire to return by e-mail to info@qc-emperium.com ;
c) send us the reasons for the withdrawal, supported by a video of the general condition of the product.

The purchase should not be returned to the manufacturer, but to our address. Return information will be sent to you when your request is opened.


Special situations

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is possible:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

This decision to partially refund you in the situations listed above will be handled on a case-by-case basis and is not automatic.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, we would be grateful if you:

a) take a photo or video of the defective or damaged item;
b) send it to us by email at info@qc-emperium.com ;
(c) notify us of your complaint.

We will then contact you to resolve the situation.


Shipping

To return a product, please note that contact must be made to the email address info@qc-emperium.com before any shipment. We will send you the shipping details by email exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible if there is a problem.
