ARTICLE 2 – WARRANTY
All our products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers defects resulting from normal use of the product. Any abusive or non-compliant use will void the warranty.
To activate the warranty, please contact us at support@qc-emperium.com within 5 days of discovering the defect. The products must be returned at your expense for inspection, after which a decision will be made regarding warranty eligibility.
ARTICLE 3 – REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We offer a 14-day return policy from receipt of the product. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and free of defects.
